A day in your new role…

• Answer customer calls – help with any questions they have; process orders and provide updates on existing orders.
• Assist the Warehouse and Logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Prepare quotes and assist Sales Engineers
• ADHOC admin tasks.
• Valid Forklift Licence required

• Undertake comprehensive training to understand our wide range of products and the varying solutions they provide
• SELL and PROMOTE these products across the Lower North Island
• Expand our client base in new and existing markets
• Visit customers and keep up to date on what is happening in your region
• Prepare formal sales, marketing plans and strategies for your region and monitor sales performance
• Ensure that customer information is being updated in the CRM database in a timely manner, with accuracy
• Assist in organising and attend technicalseminars, other presentations,  trade displays and conferences
• Relationship Management
• Achievement of budgeted regionalsales and profit
• Stock Management

Skills & Experience:

• Civil or Environmental Engineering background (preferred).
• Experience in the Waste and Containment industry.
